What to tell us when you call
- Your exact location, or the area, block and street, or the nearest highway exit.
- The make and model, and whether it is low or electric.
- The problem: no start, accident, tyre, battery, locked wheels.
- Where it should go: garage, dealer or home.
Safety tip
If you break down on a highway, turn on your hazard lights straight away, get out on the kerb side, and wait somewhere safe behind the barrier until the truck arrives.

It depends on distance, the car and its condition. We tell you the price and agree it before the truck sets off. See “How pricing works” for details.
How do I send my location?
Tap “Send my location on WhatsApp” and allow location access, or share it from inside WhatsApp. Without GPS, send the area, block and street, or the nearest exit.
Do you move low and luxury cars?
Yes, on a hydraulic flatbed. Tell us the model and ride height so we can confirm the flatbed suits it before we set off.
Do you cover all of Kuwait?
We cover all six governorates. For remote areas such as Wafra, Khiran, Abdali and Salmi, send an exact location so we can confirm details.
Do you offer battery jump-starts and tyre changes?
Where available. Tell us the problem and we confirm whether it can be fixed on site or needs a tow.
