How to send your location to a tow truck
An exact location saves back-and-forth calls and helps the driver reach you directly.
Fastest: the “Send my location” button
Tap the button on this page and allow location access. We add a map link of your position to a ready WhatsApp message, and you just press send. If you decline, the message opens without the location and you can share it manually.
From inside WhatsApp
iPhone
- Open the chat with us.
- Tap the “+” button next to the message box.
- Choose “Location”.
- Choose “Send your current location”, or “Share live location” if you will be moving.
Android
- Open the chat with us.
- Tap the paperclip icon.
- Choose “Location”.
- Choose “Send your current location” or “Share live location”.
Location services must be on in your phone settings and allowed for WhatsApp.
If GPS does not work
- In a residential area: the area name, block, street, avenue (jadda) and house number.
- On a highway: the road name, your direction, and the last exit or sign you saw.
- Near a landmark: a co-op, mosque, fuel station or known mall.
- PACI address number: send it if you know it.
